Plastic Turned and Milled Parts

We manufacture for you with the highest precision, according to drawings or samples, from all technical plastic materials, with the help of CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines. If a special application requires special and improved properties, we can offer various additives, e.g.: Glass fibre and glass ball, lubricants, heat stabilizers, UV stability, fire protection, flake graphite, RAL colours.

Standard plastics up to 100°C PP (Plastic Parts)

Standard Plastics up to 100°C
PP (Plastic Parts)

The number of plastics in this group is small. The physical and mechanical properties are rather weak. However, these products account for the largest share of all plastics on the world market.

Examples:

  • Polyethylene (PE)
  • Polypropylene (PP)
  • Polystyrene (PS)
Engineering plastics up to 150°C EPP (Engineered Plastic Parts)

Engineering Plastics up to 150°C
EPP (Engineered Plastic Parts)

Engineering plastics: include a variety of different plastics and plastic alloys. Their properties are superior to those of standard plastics, especially in terms of mechanical strength and resistance to elevated temperatures.

Examples:

  • Styrene copolymers (ABS, SAN)
  • Polyamide (PA)
  • Polycarbonates (PC)
  • Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
  • Polymethylmethacylate (PMMA)
  • Polyoxymethylene (POM)
  • Polyurethane (PUR)
  • Technical reactive resins and moulding compounds (phenolic resins, urea and melamine resins, polyester resins, epoxy resins)
High-performance or special plastics up to 300°C AEPP (Advanced Engineered Plastic Parts)

High-Performance or Special Plastics up to 300°C
AEPP (Advanced Engineered Plastic Parts)

High performance plastics are characterized by one or more material properties that stand out, e.g. extreme temperature resistance, electrical conductivity, special chemical resistance, etc.

Examples:

  • Fluoroplastics (Teflon: PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF, ECTFE, PCTFE)
  • Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
  • Polyaryletherketones (PAEK)
  • Polyimides (PI)
  • Liquid crystalline plastics (LCP)
