Sealing Materials

We produce semi-finished products from polyurethane and rubber materials for the machining of seals, which we continuously optimise in cooperation with industry and universities. These materials are tailor-made to your requirements, tested under the toughest conditions and tested by recognized institutes for compliance with regulations such as EU1935/2004, EU10/2011, FDA, KTW, W270, 3A-sanitary. No matter what the requirements for seals are, we have the suitable material available. You can currently choose from more than 45 different materials, each of which we can offer in around 600 fixed dimensions. Special dimensions in a wide variety of materials are also possible.

Thermoplastic elastomers (polyurethane materials)

Thermoplastic elastomers
(Polyurethane Materials)

The so-called thermoplastic elastomers are weldable in certain temperature ranges under heat input.

Elastomers (rubber materials)

Elastomers
(Rubber Materials)

Elastomers are dimensionally stable but elastically deformable plastics. This means that these plastics can elastically deform under tensile and compressive loads, but then return to their original, undeformed shape.

Thermoplastics

Thermoplastics

Thermoplastics, also known as plastomers, are plastics that can be deformed in a certain temperature range.

Dear Customers and Business Partners,

Thank you for your interest in our products and services. The Trygonal Group has been acquired by the Freudenberg Group, effective April 30, 2024. Since November 1, the regional Trygonal companies have been gradually merged into Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, starting with Trygonal Group GmbH. Detailed information about Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and the Freudenberg Group can be found at www.fst.com.

As part of the integration, we have also revised the graphics for our website. You will continue to find an overview of our products and services as well as the opportunity to learn more about the Freudenberg Xpress® service.
